Connect channels deliberately. Start with the account your team can safely test, then expand after ownership and response rules are working.
Supported channels
Replify supports WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business, Pinterest, Reddit, Telegram, and Snapchat. Support is capability-based: a network may expose direct messages, comments, reviews, publishing, scheduling, or analytics in different combinations.
Before you connect
- Use an account owned by the business, not a departing employee.
- Confirm the connecting user has the permissions requested by the provider.
- Decide which workspace should own the channel.
- Record who can approve reconnects if a token or permission expires.
- For WhatsApp, confirm the phone number, business account, templates, and customer consent process.
Connect and verify
- Open Integrations.
- Choose the provider and start its secure authorization flow.
- Approve only the account and assets Replify should operate.
- Return to Replify and confirm the connection is active.
- Send one safe inbound message and verify it appears in the shared inbox.
- Send a permitted reply and confirm delivery status.
- If the channel supports publishing, create a draft before scheduling a real post.
Operational checks
Connection success is not enough. Confirm the correct customer identity, conversation, channel badge, owner, response mode, and audit trail. Review network-specific limitations with the team so a missing feature is not mistaken for a broken integration.
If a connection stops working
Check whether the provider revoked permissions, the connected user lost access, the account changed ownership, a usage cap was reached, or the channel requires reconnection. Reconnect through Replify rather than pasting provider tokens into notes or chat.
