Use Google Business with Replify: reviews, posts, and local metrics

Manage location reviews, review replies, local posts, and performance signals for connected business locations.

Google Business connects reputation, local discovery, and store-level action. Use it when reviews and location posts influence calls, visits, bookings, or purchase intent.

What Replify can do with Google Business

  • Bring eligible location reviews into the interaction queue with rating, source, profile, media, sentiment, tags, and CRM context.
  • Draft or send review replies, remove an existing Google review reply, assign follow-up, archive, and reopen.
  • Publish supported local posts with media and scheduling limits defined by the location.
  • Edit eligible published post text, unpublish supported targets, retry failures, and sync external posts.
  • Review location and post performance together with rating and team response history.

Availability follows the permissions granted by Google Business and by the selected profile. If a control is unavailable for one item or profile, Replify keeps it hidden or explains why it cannot run.

Connect the right profile

Open Channels, choose Google Business, and complete the network authorization. Replify supports multiple Google Business profiles in one workspace. Give each profile a recognizable name, then mark the normal day-to-day sender as primary. The primary profile is only a default: existing conversations keep their pinned sender, while publishing, templates, broadcasts, and automations let authorized users choose the exact profile.

Before disconnecting or replacing a profile, reassign scheduled posts and confirm that active conversations have a valid sender. Reconnect the same profile when permissions expire; use Add profile only for a genuinely different account.

Recommended daily workflow

  1. Connect each verified location as its own recognizable profile and confirm location-level permissions.
  2. Route low ratings or service complaints to an owner before drafting a calm, specific public reply.
  3. Use local posts for offers, events, updates, and booking or ordering actions that match the location.
  4. Keep customer private details out of public review replies and move operational resolution into CRM tasks.
  5. Compare response time, rating themes, post actions, and location performance by branch.

Use Publishing for drafts, validation, approval, scheduling, target-specific copy, retries, and the lifecycle actions the network supports. Use the shared inbox for messages, comments, mentions, or reviews that the channel makes available.

Measure Google Business performance

Google Business analytics can include local performance and post metrics where the verified location and permissions allow them. Combine those signals with rating, review volume, sentiment, and response ownership. Open Social analytics, select the exact connected profile, choose a useful comparison window, and sync current data before making a decision. Metric names and availability vary by network, permission, account type, and selected date range; compare trends within the same profile instead of treating every network metric as identical.

Limits to plan around

  • Reviews and local performance require a verified location and location-level permission.
  • Google Business does not provide DMs in this Replify workflow.
  • Scheduling support is limited and local post types have network-specific rules.
  • Review moderation actions differ from comment moderation; only supported reply actions are shown.

Replify does not add advertising management to this workflow. It operates organic customer conversations, engagement, publishing, and analytics only where the connected network permits them.
