Manage LinkedIn profiles, organization posts, comments, reshares, documents, and performance insights.

LinkedIn works best for professional education, company news, employer brand, lead nurturing, and public expert conversation. Replify helps separate organization identities and keep approval around higher-stakes brand content.

What Replify can do with LinkedIn

  • Publish and schedule supported text, images, videos, documents, links, and native reshares.
  • Add a document title, organization identity, first comment, or disabled link preview when supported.
  • Ingest eligible comments for inspection, assignment, replies, moderation, and action history.
  • Edit eligible published commentary, unpublish supported posts, retry failures, and sync external posts.
  • View organization impressions, clicks, followers, engagement, post trends, best-time, cadence, and lifespan insights.

Availability follows the permissions granted by LinkedIn and by the selected profile. If a control is unavailable for one item or profile, Replify keeps it hidden or explains why it cannot run.

Connect the right profile

Open Channels, choose LinkedIn, and complete the network authorization. Replify supports multiple LinkedIn profiles in one workspace. Give each profile a recognizable name, then mark the normal day-to-day sender as primary. The primary profile is only a default: existing conversations keep their pinned sender, while publishing, templates, broadcasts, and automations let authorized users choose the exact profile.

Before disconnecting or replacing a profile, reassign scheduled posts and confirm that active conversations have a valid sender. Reconnect the same profile when permissions expire; use Add profile only for a genuinely different account.

Recommended daily workflow

  1. Connect the exact member or organization identity and confirm the account has the required role.
  2. Choose one objective—authority, demand, hiring, or customer education—before adapting the post.
  3. Use a native reshare URL without attaching new media; use document fields for report-led content.
  4. Assign substantial comments to sales, support, or a subject expert and keep the public reply attributable.
  5. Compare click and comment quality with reach instead of optimizing for impressions alone.

Use Publishing for drafts, validation, approval, scheduling, target-specific copy, retries, and the lifecycle actions the network supports. Use the shared inbox for messages, comments, mentions, or reviews that the channel makes available.

Measure LinkedIn performance

Advanced LinkedIn organization analytics can show impressions, clicks, followers, and engagement for an eligible connected organization, alongside daily performance and content timing views. Open Social analytics, select the exact connected profile, choose a useful comparison window, and sync current data before making a decision. Metric names and availability vary by network, permission, account type, and selected date range; compare trends within the same profile instead of treating every network metric as identical.

Limits to plan around

  • Organization publishing, comments, and analytics require the right Page role and approved permissions.
  • LinkedIn DMs are not part of Replify's current channel workflow.
  • A native reshare cannot include new media attachments in the same action.
  • Published editing changes commentary only; media and existing engagement remain unchanged.

Replify does not add advertising management to this workflow. It operates organic customer conversations, engagement, publishing, and analytics only where the connected network permits them.
